INTERNATIONAL INSPIRATION
Claire is a keen traveller, having been to countries in South East Asia, Africa and the Mediteranean. She’s a foodie that loves to taste and learn the local dishes to inspire her own cooking.
In Morroco, she even managed to bring home 6 authentic tagines in her suitcase! They’re now used to cook for guests at Keswick House. She’s seriously committed to real, tasty food.
